Hat Services, Bahrain’s leading platform for business sale listings, has released a new report tracking requests to sell commercial businesses across the kingdom over the past 24 months, based on data and applications received through the platform.
According to the report, Riffa ranked first as the area with the highest number of requests to sell commercial businesses.
Muharraq and its surrounding areas came second, followed by Tubli in third place, Budaiya Highway in fourth place, and Sanad in fifth place.
The report showed that Jidhafs ranked sixth, followed by Seef District in seventh place, while Juffair came eighth and last among the areas covered by the study.
Hat Services stressed that the ranking does not necessarily reflect the success or decline of commercial markets in those areas.
Rather, it is based solely on the volume of requests submitted to sell businesses.
The platform noted that several factors can influence the number of sale requests.
