A new WhatsApp channel has been launched by the Information and eGovernment Authority (iGA) to enhance public awareness of government eServices.
The initiative forms part of ongoing efforts to support digital transformation and strengthen communication through multiple digital platforms.
It seeks to boost engagement, improve access to information, and keep users updated on the latest developments in government services.
To join iGA’s Channel on WhatsApp, individuals may scan the QR code available on iGA’s official social media accounts (@igabahrain) and website (iga.gov.bh).
The authority has urged citizens and residents to subscribe to the new channel to stay updated and benefit from other digital platforms including the Bahrain National Portal (bahrain.bh) and the MyGov app.
For further information, call the Government Services Contact Centre on 80008001. People can also submit enquiries, suggestions, or complaints through the national Suggestions and Complaints System (Tawasul).
