The Kuwait Court of Cassation has sentenced an Indian national to death after convicting him of the deliberate murder of his wife.
Case files revealed that the crime occurred following a series of domestic disputes, which escalated when the man assaulted his wife, inflicting injuries that later proved fatal.
He was subsequently referred to a criminal trial, where he was convicted and sentenced to execution.
