Urgent call to curb stray dog menace near burial mounds
Provide a programme for rescuing strays at least. Free sprays and neutering for strays. This is a very rich country. You can afford to do it. Help the forgotten animals.

They gather there because the location is a suitable habitat. Perhaps international rescue programme should be considered.

Stop breeding and selling of pets. Dogs and cats are being dumped, putting huge strain on local rescuers. If they don’t have to help dumped pets, they can help the stray population instead.
