I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments Ministry for its outstanding achievement in digitalising the filing of civil cases.
This year, I was able to file two eviction cases against tenants who had stopped paying rent without hiring a lawyer. Since rental income is often modest and does not cover legal fees, this service allowed me to handle the process myself.
The online procedures are clear and very simple. The entire experience was smooth and convenient electronically, which removed the stress of the procedure and I only had to worry about the verdict and case content.
I would also like to thank the team behind the ministry’s Tawasul complaints and suggestions platform. Their responses are positive and meaningful, reflecting a genuine commitment to improving services and caring for citizens.
