Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (Baca) President Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa took part in the International Conference of Culture Ministers on the Reconstruction of Palestine’s Cultural Sector, held in Spain.
The conference was organised by the ministries of culture of Palestine and Spain, with the participation of culture ministers and senior officials, representatives of international and regional organisations, and Arab and international delegations concerned with cultural affairs.
The conference featured discussion sessions on the Palestinian cultural sector and priorities for its reconstruction. Participants stressed the importance of strengthening the Palestinian national identity and supporting efforts to preserve Palestine’s cultural heritage and enhancing the standing of Palestinian culture at the local and international levels.
