As part of its vision to integrate heritage assets into the city’s urban landscape, the Baca continues to make progress on the Muharraq City development project, highlighting the distinctive architectural character of historic buildings of significant heritage value while incorporating creativity and innovation into the development process.
Baca is also continuing the required studies under the Muharraq Vital Streets Development Project to rehabilitate and upgrade the facades of buildings overlooking Shaikh Hamad Avenue and the extension of Al Tujjar Avenue and Bu Maher Street.
