Thank God, tear those eyesores down and rebuild them with traditional architecture but modern tech, beautiful and climate smart. They should have modern amenities like Wi-Fi and a sewage network, built for the climate. No big windows that bring in so much heat and force you to waste energy to cooling the building excessively. Good news.
