As part of ongoing government efforts to improve service quality and re-engineer services, the National Bureau for Revenue (NBR) developed its Value Added Tax (VAT) registration and data update service, enabling taxpayers to register and update their data through the NBR’s electronic portal through streamlined procedures, supporting the highest levels of compliance and accuracy of registered data.
The service covers new registration applications with the NBR for VAT purposes, as well as updates to existing data, including banking and financial information .
