Solidarity Bahrain, one of the leading insurance companies in the kingdom and a subsidiary of Solidarity Group Holding, announced the successful conclusion of this year’s ‘Tamayaz’ summer training programme for students, which ran over a period of two months.
The programme included a structured training experience across several of the company’s departments, including human resources, information systems, accounting, underwriting and claims, public relations and marketing, among others.
It also featured a range of practical activities and tasks conducted under the guidance of experienced specialists, providing participants with first-hand exposure to the working environment within the insurance sector and enabling them to gain diverse practical experience.
The programme also helped develop participants’ communications and teamwork skills, strengthened their sense of responsibility, and supported them in exploring their professional interests while building their practical and personal capabilities.
In addition, the programme provided students with a comprehensive and engaging training experience, offering them first-hand exposure to various aspects of the insurance sector through direct interaction with different teams and participation in a range of practical activities and tasks.
The experience enhanced their understanding of the workplace and its requirements, while giving them valuable insights into the professional environment and helping prepare them for their future careers.
