A total of 450 electric bicycles and scooters have been seized by the General Directorate of Traffic as part of ongoing inspection campaigns aimed at detecting violations and reducing the risks associated with the unsafe use of these vehicles, particularly among children, the Interior Ministry announced.
The General Directorate of Traffic said inspection drives would continue and stressed the need to comply with regulations governing the use of electric bicycles and scooters .
