FIFTEEN winners were announced for this year’s Middle East Jewellery of the Year Awards.
The announcement was made yesterday following the opening of the 25th annual Jewellery Arabia exhibition.
The awards were held at The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain on Monday night and attended by more than 300 industry experts and dignitaries under the patronage of Industry, Commerce and Tourism Minister Zayed Al Zayani.
The winners were: Van Cleef and Arpels for Best Bespoke Jewellery, Faberagé for Best Colourful Jewellery, Tiffany & Co for Best Diamond-studded necklace, Buccellati for Best Eastern Design Jewellery Piece, Suzanne Kalan for Best Everyday Jewellery, Messika for Best Fashionable Jewellery, Chopard for Best High End Jewellery Collection, Yoko London for Best Pearl Jewellery, Chaumet for Best Red Carpet Jewellery Set and Goldesign for Best Theme Jewellery.
The pen award winners were: Montegrappa for Best Arts and Craftsmanship, Montblanc for Best Diamond Pen Collection, Tibaldi for Best Historical Icon, William Wagner for Best Modern and Contemporary Collection and Visconti for Best Theme Pen.
