Manama: Tamkeen has announced it will hold a consultation session on November 3 to discuss programmes and priorities for next year.
The session will include participants from all economic sectors and bring together business owners, entrepreneurs, executives, job seekers, students and other stakeholders.
The consultation forum will begin with an overview of accomplishments this year and efforts to deliver quality and value, ensuring the achievement of maximum impact – based on feedback from previous consultations and common issues across impact assessment studies such as the need for targeted and effective programmes, continuous monitoring and enforcement, increased awareness activities, organisational transparency and enhancing processes.
Specialised sessions will also discuss future plans which have been aligned with Tamkeen’s 2015-2017 strategy.
Tamkeen chairman and acting chief executive Shaikh Mohammed bin Essa Al Khalifa said a number of steps have been taken in line with feedback received to enhance the quality of operations, achieve better results and put customers’ needs first.
“We intend to continue these efforts to ensure that we do our part to strengthen Bahrain’s economy and the growth of private sector through arming the country’s workforce with a versatile skillset to suit their needs and providing resources and advice to businesses across different
sectors.”
