Dubai: A fire broke out in a car which was parked at the Discovery Gardens. The blaze gutted two cars and partially damaged three others but no casualties were reported in the incident.
The Civil Defence firefighting units rushed to the scene and managed to put out the blaze before flames spread to other vehicles.
Police officials directed traffic and cordoned off the area as thick columns of black smoke were seen billowing from the cars. A police investigation is underway to discover what caused the blaze.
