Riyadh: The Saudi Health Ministry reported 3,036 new coronavirus (Covid-19) infections on Wednesday, taking the total number to 220,144 cases.
The ministry announced on its twitter account that 42 infected patients had passed away, raising the death toll to 2,058.
The statement, which was carried by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), said that 3,211 infected patients had recovered, taking the overall number to 158,050 recoveries.
