Kuwait: Individuals who have been vaccinated against Covid-19 will be exempted from institutional quarantine, Kuwait's Health Ministry announced.
Individuals who have received four vaccines - Pfizer Bionic, AstraZeneca Oxford, Moderna, and Johnson And Johnson - which the country has approved will be exempt, Al Qabas reported.
Ministry undersecretary Dr Mustafa Reda said the exemption would apply to individuals who have been vaccinated outside the country, but only if they had been inoculated with the approved vaccines.
Those exempt include:
Those who have received a single dose of one of the approved vaccines in the State of Kuwait, and more than five weeks have passed.
Those who have received two doses of one of the approved vaccines in the State of Kuwait, and more than two weeks have passed since the second dose.
Those who recovered from infection with the coronavirus and received one dose of one of the vaccines approved in the State of Kuwait, and more than two weeks have passed.
