The King Hamad Global Centre for Peaceful Coexistence signed a memorandum of understanding with the University of Haifa in Israel.
It was signed by the centre’s board of trustees chairman Dr Shaikh Khalid bin Khalifa Al Khalifa and University of Haifa president Ron Rubin.
The two parties will co-operate in developing aspects of scientific research and postgraduate studies in the fields of tolerance and interfaith dialogue, with the university’s students benefiting from the centre’s programmes.
