Bahrain All Share Index closed at 1,896.67 points marking an increase of 7.72 points above the previous closing.
This increase was due to the raise in the communications services sector and financial sector.
Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 665.94 points, marking an increase of 10.09 points above the previous closing.
Results indicated that 59 equity transactions took place with a volume of 2,402,309 worth BD 482,854.
Investors traded mainly in the financial sector representing 72.81% of the total value of securities traded.
