Kanoo Real Estate Company, a subsidiary of Yusuf bin Ahmed Kanoo Group, has signed a development contract with Saleh Abdullah Kameshki and Sons, Bahrain Engineering Bureau (BEB) and HAJ, for the construction of a service station on the Shaikh Jaber Al Sabah Highway in Sitra.
Saleh Abdulla Kameshki and Sons has been appointed the main contractor for the project, while Bahrain Engineering Bureau (BEB) has been named consultant, and HAJ has been awarded the quantity surveying job.
The scope of work under the contract includes a fuel filling station and its facilities, a vehicle maintenance service centre, as well as retail and utility outlets.
The service station will be spread over total project area of 25,000sqm and include 10 fuel pumps, a supermarket, fast food restaurants, coffee shops, retail stores, car care and details services, as well as a retail strip of 8 drive-thrus.
The contract was signed at the Kanoo Tower in the Diplomatic Area, in the presence of Kanoo Real Estate’s President Talal Kanoo, and CEO of Kanoo Real Estate, Mohamed Al Kooheji, Saleh Kameshki representing Saleh Abdullah Kameshki & Sons Khalid Jamsheer representing Bahrain Engineering Bureau (BEB) and Mohamed Bucheeri representing HAJ.
