916 expats deported in nine months
I wouldn’t fully blame the expats for residency violations. There are a number of employers that hire expats and refuse to give them work visas therefore making them illegal. And with the end of the flexi visa and the new visa starting in January, there are illegal expats waiting for the new system to come in place. The authority should also check with the employers on why they are not giving visas to their workers. I feel sorry that the workers get all the blame. This needs to change.

@nickjaug blame the agents who are the real culprits, greedy for money. These so-called agents need to be gone and their offices shut down!
