More than 30 members from the Bahrain Chapter of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (BCICAI) attended the 21st World Congress of Accountants (WCOA) in Mumbai.
The delegation also included a representative from Bahrain’s National Audit Office. BCICAI chairperson Sharmila Shet addressed the delegates on the professional and investment opportunities in Bahrain.
The event, held under the theme ‘Building Trust, Enabling Sustainability’, was attended by more than 6,500 delegates from 100 countries.
