The Middle East’s first business park situated alongside a golf course and the sea, Al Mouj Muscat, has launched in Oman.
When fully realised, the 39,000sqm development will include eight mid-rise Grade A office buildings on its sea-front setting and one of the top 100 golf courses in the world.
The business park’s buildings will be connected by landscaped gardens and outdoor spaces designed to be convivial to business networking.
There will be rooftop gardens and each building will have controlled access basement car parking of between 115 and 148 spaces per office block.
Al Mouj Muscat CEO, Nasser bin Masoud Al Sheibani said: “It is a great honour to launch our Business Park, a unique destination where business can be reimagined.
“We are looking forward to seeing Omani companies take their enterprises to the next level by choosing a base that, unlike traditional business parks, provides staff with a high-tech working environment which also supports their well-being and productivity.”
