DEPUTY Prime Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa has stressed the importance of constantly developing the methods of education and training so as to cope with the goals of the comprehensive development process, which will benefit national competencies.
Shaikh Khalid indicated that methods should keep abreast of the most up-to-date trends and the best practices in the field of public administration in order to enable the public and private sectors to work in accordance with a unified institutional system, based on enhancing outputs and improving the quality of productivity, by linking training and professional development with career promotion and development of leadership skills, which will boost the national economy and achieve the kingdom’s development aspirations .
