Al Salam Bank has launched a revamped Youth debit card, offering a range of benefits and discounts for young customers. The new card features a trendy design and exclusive offers across various sectors, including restaurants, cafés, fitness, and more.
This initiative aligns with the bank’s commitment to fostering financial independence among youth and solidifying its position as a leading bank in Bahrain.
Mohammed Buhijji, head of retail banking at Al Salam Bank, emphasised the importance of equipping young people with financial knowledge and skills. “By enabling them to manage their own accounts, we aim to prepare them for the future,” he said.
New clients aged 10 to 18 can easily open a Youth account and collect their card instantly at any Al Salam Bank branch. Existing clients can replace their current cards using the bank’s Self-Service Kiosk.
The Youth proposition includes a variety of features, such as loyalty rewards points, independent use of BenefitPay, eligibility for monthly prizes, and mobile app management. Al Salam Bank will also organise competitions and events for account holders.
The bank’s website and Instagram page provide details of participating vendors and available offers.
