THE High Administrative Court rejected an appeal lodged by the parents of an infant who died at a private hospital three months after birth due to alleged medical negligence.
The child’s parents filed a compensation lawsuit against the hospital and the doctors who supervised the delivery, claiming the death was caused by a medical fault.
The technical committee, assigned by the National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA) to investigate the incident, unanimously concluded that no medical error was involved.
