An investigation is underway into a widely circulated video on social media showing a driver recklessly driving against traffic, according to the Public Prosecutor and head of the Traffic Prosecution.
The individual was seen dangerously pursuing another vehicle, posing a serious threat to public safety and causing multiple traffic incidents before fleeing the scene, it said yesterday .
