Northern Governor Hassan Al Madani chaired a meeting of the governorate’s security committee, attended by Deputy Northern Governor Brigadier Abdulla Mantar, the Deputy Director General of the governorate’s Police Directorate, and committee members.
The governor expressed appreciation to the security directorate for its ongoing efforts in maintaining order and enforcing the law.
The meeting reviewed preparations for an upcoming anti-drug awareness exhibition, organised in co-operation with Budaiya Sports Club and the Maan “Together” Regional Centre for Research and Training.
It also discussed related security matters to safeguard community safety, including organising workshops and awareness lectures on the causes of fires during the summer.
