Parents urged to ban children from consuming energy drinks
Very sad and devastating for parents. Children need to have good healthy habits when they are young so they can carry those good habits into adulthood. Knowledge is power and the government does have a role to get knowledge out there to help society.

Even adults should refrain. Water is life and the source of energy. Dates are everything for us and readily available “worldwide”.
@kilifikwetu
Energy drinks are dangerous for children. This tragic loss reminds us that awareness, prevention and responsible choices are essential to protect young lives and promote health and safety.
@besafe_bahrain
If the stores are selling them ... how can we stop them?
@sami_4_bh
Why are cold stores, groceries and supermarkets selling energy drinks to teenagers?
@36_fahim3
Ban placing these energy drinks in stores.
@sadiaaslam_234
Not only energy drinks, even cold drinks should be banned for under-18 children strictly.
@samara_3834
Energy drinks don’t have benefit in our body at all. They should ban them.
@iamwhatiam_004
Ban on placing it in stores as well. Time to lock up the energy drinks, same as cigarettes.
@shabbiryl
How about coffee? Caffeine addiction in teens is a real concern, marked by symptoms like withdrawal headaches, irritability, fatigue and difficulty controlling caffeine use. Excessive caffeine consumption can also lead to physical symptoms like anxiety, insomnia and rapid heart rate, while long-term use may impact a developing brain, mood regulation and growth.

MP proposes raising pay of government employees
What of the private sector? Some in the private sector for decades have not been increasing the salaries of their employees and taking advantage of the government silence on salary increment.
Darus Twaha
Really, the government should look at even the private sector; we are dying.
Abu Rhania Umar
Need all private sector employees’ salaries increased.
Mohammad Masroor
Wow, pensioners are included.
