His Majesty King Hamad issued a decree appointing Ezz Ahmed Al Mannai as Under-Secretary at the Oil and Environment Ministry, based on the proposal of the Oil and Environment Minister and following the approval of the Cabinet.
He is currently serving as director of policies and strategic planning at the ministry.
The Oil and Environment Minister will implement this decree, which will come into effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
