His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, yesterday issued an edict appointing representatives of the government to the Board of Directors of the Qatar-Bahrain Causeway Foundation, based on the Transportation and Telecommunications Minister’s proposal and following the Cabinet’s approval.
The edict stipulates the appointment of the following officials as members of the board: Yousef Abdullah Hamood, Under-Secretary for Financial Affairs at the Finance and National Economy Ministry; Ahmed Abdulaziz Al Khayyat, chief executive of the Urban Planning and Development Authority; Hussain Ali Yaqoub, assistant under-secretary for Land Transport at Transportation and Telecommunications Ministry; and Ahmed Sami Al Tajer, assistant under-secretary for Roads at the Works Ministry .
