BAHRAIN is hosting a key forum to reflect on, and renew, the foundational standards of arbitration.
The three-day inaugural ‘Hawar Circle’ has been organised by the Council for International Dispute Resolution on Hawar Islands, bringing together 14 leading arbitration figures representing jurisdictions including London, Singapore, Paris, Nigeria, India and Hong Kong .
