THE role of Bahrain Institute of Public Administration (BIPA) in developing leadership and strengthening partnership with the private sector was discussed at a key meeting yesterday.
BIPA director general Dr Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa took part in the discussion. She highlighted BIPA’s commitment to fostering a supportive work environment for Bahraini women.
Dr Shaikha Rana also emphasised the role of the Bahrain Businesswomen’s Society in promoting women’s professional growth, enhancing their institutional presence and contributing effectively to the national economy.
She commended the society’s ongoing initiatives and constructive collaboration with various public and private entities.
Dr Shaikha Rana noted their active participation in local, regional and international events aimed at advancing women’s development.
