THE dedicated Y K Almoayyed & Sons’ (YKA) service team has received the prestigious Nissan Middle East Service & Parts Aftersales Retention Champions (ME SPARC) Award for the first quarter of 2025.
A celebratory event was recently staged at the Wyndham Grand Manama with senior management and staff members.
“This esteemed recognition underscores the team’s exceptional performance in customer satisfaction and retention, setting a benchmark for aftersales excellence,” said an awards spokesman.
Attendees included YKA’s chief executive Alok Gupta, Nissan Bahrain general manager Ahmed Al Dailami, YKA Product and marketing senior manager Vishal Jadhav and Nissan Bahrain service manager Abraham John, alongside Nissan Middle East’s aftersales director Mehdi Al Rais and aftersales deputy general manager Amin Janem.
The ME SPARC programme aims to motivate National Sales Companies (NSCs) to enhance aftersales performance through a competitive framework.
Performance is evaluated based on key metrics in both service and parts, with quarterly winners contributing to the end-of-year ME SPARC award for the top three NSCs.
“This award is a testament to the dedication and professionalism of our entire service team,” added Mr Al Dailami. “Their relentless focus on delivering a truly exceptional aftersales experience not only earned us this recognition but also significantly strengthened our relationship with every Nissan customer.”
YKA remains committed to continuous improvement and innovation in aftersales service, ensuring that every customer experience is nothing short of exceptional, the company says.
