The government has referred a new draft law to Parliament to regulate the educational process in private institutions, ensure the provision of high-quality education and guarantee the sustainability and efficiency of private education outcomes.
The legislation, obtained by our sister paper Akhbar Al Khaleej, authorises private institutions to deliver lessons and curricula through educational platforms and digital tools, with specific regulations and conditions to be outlined in the executive bylaws.
It further stipulates that institutions must adhere to the tuition fees approved by the Education Ministry for children and students and must not modify them without the ministry’s approval.
