A 40-year-old driver has been arrested following the death of a four-year-old child inside, what the authorities describe as, ‘an unlicensed vehicle’ being used to transport pupils.
The Northern Governorate Police Directorate has launched an investigation into the incident and the case has been referred to the Public Prosecution .
