A labourer who picked up a fellow expat’s CPR card from the ground, then used the latter’s identity to rent scaffolding equipment, has been found guilty of theft and impersonation.
The High Criminal Court heard that the 43-year-old Bangladeshi defendant never returned the rented materials and sentenced him to three years in prison .
