His Majesty King Hamad yesterday received Bahrain Journalists Association (BJA) chairman Isa Al Shaiji, along with members of the board of directors at Safriya Palace, on the occasion of the formation of the association’s new board and the issuance of the Press and Electronic Media Law.The board conveyed its appreciation to His Majesty for approving the law, describing it as an important milestone in the development of journalism and media in the kingdom .
