MPs have voted unanimously to roll back design changes introduced at the Old Muharraq Suq, which they believe have resulted in an 80 per cent drop in footfall at the historic market.
They said the changes have resulted in reduced parking spaces that are deterring visitors and negatively affecting businesses .
