Ebrahim K. Kanoo (EKK), the exclusive distributor of Toyota in Bahrain, has reaffirmed its continued commitment to supporting customers across the kingdom, while maintaining ‘the highest standards of service and care’.
Through its network of showrooms, service centres and body and paint facilities across the kingdom, EKK continues to ensure that Toyota customers have access to trusted expertise, reliable maintenance solutions and ongoing customer support throughout Ramadan, the marque says.
In light of recent events, EKK and Toyota have implemented temporary adjustments to operating hours across selected facilities, prioritising the safety and wellbeing of both customers and employees.
“Despite these changes, the company’s commitment to service excellence remains unchanged, with teams continuing to operate with the highest standards of professionalism to ensure consistent customer support and care,” said a company statement.
Under the current schedule, the Toyota showroom will operate from 8.30am to 1.15pm and from 8.30pm to 11pm, while the Toyota Service Centres and Body and Paint Centres will operate from 8am to 4pm and from 8pm to 11pm for the Plaza and Arad Service Centres, and from 8am to 4pm for the Manama and Riffa branches, and 8am to 11pm for the Janabiya and Sitra Service Centres.
EKK’s service network across Bahrain remains fully operational, ensuring customers continue to receive reliable maintenance and repair services during this period.
Alongside maintaining service continuity, EKK’s Toyota Ramadan campaign for 2026 remains available to customers across the kingdom. The campaign brings together a range of offers across vehicle sales, service and body and paint repairs. Aftersales offers continue until March 22, 2026, while vehicle sales offers run until March 25, 2026.
As part of the seasonal sales campaign, customers can benefit from special Ramadan discounts on select Toyota models, including hybrid models, along with up to 25 per cent off selected Ziebart and Llumar products. The campaign is designed to provide added value for customers looking to purchase a new Toyota during the holy month.
Alongside the sales offers, EKK has introduced comprehensive aftersales incentives aimed at supporting customers in maintaining their vehicles. The service offers, running until March 22, 2026, provide tiered discounts on parts and labour based on vehicle model year. Toyota vehicles from model year 2023 and above receive a 25pc discount, models from 2020 to 2022 receive 30pc, and vehicles from 2019 or earlier qualify for a 45pc discount.
Customers can also take advantage of dedicated Body and Paint offers available across all model years. Services include paint per panel at BD45, wheel rim paint at BD45, smart repair at BD25, paintless dent repair at BD20 and headlight polish at BD10, with prices exclusive of parts.
To enhance convenience, EKK is offering 0pc interest with 12-month easy instalments in collaboration with CrediMax for both service and body and paint packages.
EKK Aftersales senior general manager Michael Goode said: “During times such as these, our priority is to ensure that our customers continue to receive the dependable service and support they expect from Toyota.
“While we have implemented temporary adjustments to our operating hours, our teams remain fully committed to maintaining the quality, reliability, and professionalism that define the Toyota ownership experience in Bahrain. We remain dedicated to supporting our customers and community while ensuring a seamless and reassuring service experience,” he added.
