MMA – BRAVE Combat Federation (BRAVE CF), the world’s fastest-growing and most international mixed martial arts (MMA) organisation, announced the long-awaited comeback of reigning BRAVE CF light heavyweight world champion Erko ‘The Bounty Hunter’ Jun, who is scheduled to step back inside the cage this June.
The Bosnian fan-favourite will make his return on June 6 at Hala Tivoli in Ljubljana, Slovenia, as part of a high-profile collaboration with World Freefight Challenge (WFC).
The highly anticipated card marks a significant moment for the division as Jun resumes his campaign at 205 pounds.
“I have been waiting for this opportunity to return and showcase my evolution as a mixed martial artist,” said Jun. “Every day in training has been dedicated to refining my craft, and now it is time to deliver.
“I am excited to step back into the BRAVE CF cage and perform at the highest level.”
Jun’s most recent outing came in June of 2025 when he faced Mohammad ‘The Latest’ Fakhreddine for the vacant BRAVE CF middleweight world title at BRAVE CF 96, attempting to secure world championship status across two divisions.
Leading into that contest, ‘The Bounty Hunter’ built an unblemished record under the promotion’s banner, earning three consecutive knockout victories that underscored his finishing ability.
A standout moment in that run came at BRAVE CF 88 in September of 2024, where he stopped Alexander Wesner in the fourth round to capture the vacant BRAVE CF light heavyweight world championship.
As he returns to his primary weight class, Jun aims to reinforce his standing and extend his reign.
Details regarding his opponent will be announced in the coming weeks, adding further anticipation to the event on June 6.
Also featured on the card is a high-stakes BRAVE CF heavyweight world championship bout, with reigning divisional king Pavel ‘The Experiment’ Dailidko defending his crown against number one-ranked contender Miha Frlic.
