His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, yesterday issued Edict 15 of 2026, appointing directors at the Civil Service Bureau, based on the proposal of the Civil Service Bureau president.
Article I: Haitham Ali Khalil Nass shall be appointed director of the Policies and Regulations Affairs Directorate at the Civil Service Bureau, succeeding Abdulrahman Abdulla Abdulaziz Al Alshomili.
Article II: The following shall be appointed as directors at the Civil Service Bureau:
1. Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Director of the Compliance and Professional Conduct Directorate.
2. Khadija Hassan Ali Al Karbabadi, Director of the Talent Development Directorate
3. Mohammed Abdulqader Mohammed Zain Al Abidin, Director of the Recruitment and Mobility Directorate
4. Sabeeka Rashid Abdulrahman Al Mannai, Director of the Performance Management Directorate
5. Bushra Abduljalil Ibrahim Al Turaif, Director of the Institutional Excellence Directorate
Article III: The Civil Service Bureau president shall implement the provisions of this edict, which shall take effect from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
HRH Prince Salman also issued Edict 16 of 2026 appointing a Director at the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, based on a proposal by the chairman of the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority.
Article I: Shaikh Khalifa bin Duaij bin Khalifa Al Khalifa shall be appointed director of the Real Estate Operations Directorate at the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, succeeding Mehnaz Ghuloom Mohammed Abulqasim.
Article II: The chairman of the board of directors of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority shall implement the provisions of this edict, which shall take effect from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
