Council raises safety alert over newly-opened Jasra flyover
I run that way every morning to go to work, and if you respect the speed limit, there is not any issue about the control of the car. Speed limit is a variable of the design of the roads, and this flyover has been designed to be travelled at 50km/h. So the drivers shall respect it for their safety.

People need to stick to speed limits, obey laws and traffic police need to do a better job on the roads.
@salah.bh86
That’s true. At certain point on the bridge, the sudden turn on the left is danger, even if you are not on the phone or on the phone, the turn is danger. I use that road for work everyday.

Speed is the problem nothing else.
@touseef_z
I don’t think “the kink in the road” is the issue.
@aliemariot
Obeying traffic laws prevents accidents.
@jeroenb767
I use it regularly, yes there is a curve but it is safe if we follow the speed instructions. But more importantly how will we stop people from not following the speed while using mobile phones and not looking at the shoulder lines.
@nomanf
Please don’t touch it. Drivers have to slow down for a smooth turn. We don’t want any alterations that will cause traffic jams that was going on in Janabiya road since 2021. We had enough of it.
@almaidanali
Living right next to the bridge we use it a few times everyday. If everyone respects the speed limit or goes slower than required, then there should be an issue. Any one going fast and having little experience of driving would lose control of the car.
