Al Hilal Healthcare Group has launched its annual Ashoora Medical Clinic in Manama for the fourth consecutive year, reinforcing its commitment to community service by providing healthcare support to mourners during the month of Muharram.
The initiative was officially inaugurated in conjunction with the opening of Imam Hussain Clinic, with the ceremony attended by Health Minister Dr Jaleela Al Sayed, alongside Primary Healthcare Centres chief executive officer Dr Ejlal Al Alawi, senior officials, community leaders and representatives of organising committees.
The clinic will provide essential healthcare services daily from the sixth to the 10th night of Muharram, opening from 7pm until 2am to serve thousands of participants attending the commemorations across the capital.
Al Hilal Healthcare Group chief executive officer Dr Sharath Chandran said the initiative reflected the organisation’s long-standing commitment to Bahrain and its people.
“Serving mourners during the Ashoora season is an important part of our humanitarian mission and our responsibility to provide accessible healthcare services while supporting meaningful community initiatives,” he added.
