Civil Defence teams extinguished a fire that broke out in a Buri farm yesterday.
According to an Interior Ministry statement, the fire started in a collection of ‘agricultural waste’.
Videos from the site show that the fire appeared to have spread to other areas, possibly due to the wind.
In another incident, several people were treated for minor injuries after a house fire in Budaiya yesterday.
The Interior Ministry said that Civil Defence teams put out the fire, while those who sustained injuries were treated by the National Ambulance crew.
An investigation has been launched to determine the cause of the fire.
