Ambassador Abdulla Abdullatif Abdulla, Bahrain’s Permanent Representative to the UN Office and other international organisations in Geneva, participated in a high-level meeting convened by International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) director general Rafael Mariano Grossi, with representatives of member states accredited to the Agency in Geneva.
The meeting provided a platform for dialogue and the exchange of views on key issues on the IAEA’s agenda, including nuclear safeguards, nuclear safety and security, nuclear energy, nuclear science and applications, and means to strengthen co-operation between the Agency and its member states.
