As part of a community partnership aimed at supporting the families and children of fallen servicemen, the Royal Fund for Fallen Servicemen signed an agreement with the University of Technology Bahrain (UTB), under which the university will provide one scholarship annually for three years.
The agreement, with a total value of approximately BD42,000, reflects the university’s commitment to its social responsibility and its dedication to enhancing its contribution to empowering the children and families of fallen servicemen to continue their educational journey and build their academic and professional future.
Fund’s director of the Administrative Office Shaikh Khalid bin Salman bin Khalid Al Khalifa expressed his sincere appreciation to the UTB for its support for the families and children of fallen servicemen.

He added that such initiatives represent a model of effective community partnership.
UTB president Dr Hassan Ali Al Mulla reaffirmed the university’s commitment to providing comprehensive academic support and guidance to the children of fallen servicemen through its UTB Cares initiatives.
He stressed that the co-operation with the fund reflects the values of loyalty and belonging to the kingdom and its wise leadership.
