UAE-born Kaziah Liz Mejo has been crowned Miss Universe India 2026 and will represent the nation at the 75th Miss Universe pageant in Puerto Rico.
Miss Universe India 2025 Manika Vishwakarma passed on the crown to Mejo during the grand finale in Jaipur.
The 19-year-old law student and model hails from Mavelikkara in Kerala’s Alappuzha district. She spent her formative years in Abu Dhabi, attending Emirates National School, St Joseph’s School, and Abu Dhabi Indian School.
Mejo, who has a background in classical dance and acting, made her debut in the Malayalam film 'Shylock'.
