I am from Oman, and what this chef accomplished with his bold and unconventional idea is truly remarkable. No one has done anything like it before, and we are proud of him. As for some of the chicken not being cooked thoroughly, it was probably due to the overwhelming demand and the fact that the meals were being distributed free of charge.
