JA Mar Hall Golf & Spa Resort has appointed three senior hospitality professionals to strengthen its culinary, food and beverage, and housekeeping teams as the Scottish luxury resort continues to enhance its guest experience.
Brian Scanlan joins as Executive Chef, bringing more than 25
years of culinary experience from leading hospitality destinations, including
The Ivy and Cameron House on Loch Lomond.
At JA Mar Hall, he will focus on developing the resort’s
culinary identity, with an emphasis on Scottish provenance, sustainability and
local produce.
“JA Mar Hall’s setting and ambition make this a rare
opportunity,” says Brian Scanlan, Executive Chef at JA Mar Hall. “My vision is
to build a food and beverage experience with a real identity of its own – one
that puts Scottish provenance and craft at its heart.”
Yasmine Gibb has been appointed Food & Beverage Services
Manager after seven years with Hilton Glasgow, where she progressed to Food
& Beverage Training Manager.
She will oversee service standards across the resort’s
dining, events and wedding operations.
“Food and beverage is central to how guests experience Mar

Conrad Cooper joins as Executive Housekeeper, bringing
extensive luxury hospitality experience, most recently with Crowne Plaza
Glasgow.
