Caribou Coffee, famously known as the ‘BOU’, which began its operations in the kingdom in 2007 at Seef Mall, has relocated its popular branch within the shopping complex to a more prominent space on the ground floor, featuring a rustic lodge design to give an aura of coziness and warmth to its customers.
Today, Caribou Coffee is one of fastest-growing coffeehouse chains with multiple expansions across Bahrain. It now boasts 29 branches and has two upcoming stores, namely in Bahrain Bay and Saar Springs, set to open in the next couple of months.
Caribou Coffee locations will number 36 outlets by the end of this year, added CEO Mateo Ramos.
Caribou Coffee is well known for using all natural ingredients such as its hand-crafted blends using 100 per cent Arabica beans, 100 per cent premium real chocolate and fresh milk, along with a variety of sugar-free syrups that ‘delight their customers with less guilt!’
Caribou Coffee has also introduced a line of baked patisseries, bread and vegan sandwiches, freshly-baked every day from its ‘BOU Bakery’.
Mr Ramos and operations manager Sanjay Kumar officially opened its new Seef District location with a ribbon-cutting ceremony by the West Wing of Seef Mall, alongside members of the team.
